The Topspray Process : From A to Z

Our process start by removing the doors and drawers from the cabinets. That way we can focus on those surfaces while getting into every nook and cranny of the cabinets.

Step 1: Full Disassembly

Every painter knows that prep is key. Here we clean your cabinets with a water based degreaser. Then we'll sand the cabinets inbetween each coat to ensure a smooth finish

Step 2: Painting Prep

Our spray chamber system ensures that your kitchen is a contained spraying environment. Frames are painted on site, while doors and drawers are painted in our professional shop.

Step 3: Spray Chamber

The most transformative step. Using our airless fine finish sprayers, we apply one coat of bonding primer and two coats of industrial grade urethane based paint to your cabinets. That factory grade glass like finish is finally achieved.

Step 4: Painting and Priming

As the final step, once the paint is completely dry, we reattach the doors and drawers and clean all the tape and plastic so that your kitchen is back to the way you left it. But this time, with brand new and fresh cabinets.

Step 5: Kitchen Complete
